Went here for breakfast one time and we enjoyed our experience. Melanie was our server and she was a treasure. We ordered the early riser special that is only available between 7 AM and 9 AM. This is a great deal for someone wanting the staples; I highly suggest getting the pancake. My wife got the oats which were excellent. Most people don't respect the oats but this dish is incredibly delicious and filling. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great breakfast and chill atmosphere.

Had an amazing time! The food was very good nobody had any complaints. Comments made by family: Pasta was said to be the best they’ve had. Pizza was amazing and tasted like something they had as a kid and missed. The tomato soup and all tomato sauces tasted super fresh. The portions were also big. It was very clean, not too loud, with friendly service. Will definitely be coming back. If you are in the area don’t miss out!

We went as a family yesterday dinner time . Food is amazing and portions are great. Prices are reasonable to the excellent tasty food. They have nice kids menu to choose for kids. I liked place vibes and you may wait for few minutes to get seated. Staff are so quick in their service and memorizing orders , although I thought they will not remember it but they were perfect. I noticed Only they were in rush requesting the payment after we finished our food due to waiting customers but it’s better if they give more time. I liked the coordination between staff members. Their bbq blaze burger was amazing, try it.

Really enjoyed our meal here. everything was fresh and tasty. The service was top-notch, and Stephanie took great care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

We were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant. I'm not one to try new food, but I decided to do that on this trip. I've never eaten creamy sauce with my restaurant, but I have it a try, and the sauce was enjoyable, so much so that I stopped my focaccia bread in it to get that extra flavor in each bite. The strawberry lemonade was the best I've ever tasted, and I've had many different kinds in my life. My daughter and I both finished our meals, and I couldn't believe it because we usually have leftovers. We had about 10 wings, but I forgot to take a picture before we started eating them. Everything was delicious, from the wings to the dessert. Stephanie provided great service and kept checking on us to make sure we liked our food. She even mentioned that refills were free, so we were pleased to hear that because we've noticed that refills for strawberry lemonade aren't typically free here. All in all, we enjoyed the atmosphere, meal, and especially the service!

We had a group of 15 during the Victoria day parade and we're well accommodated for. The blond server was on it, efficient and organized. She had three payment machines. I appreciated. Fruit salad was good. Came with a side of pancake or fries. Food was good. Much better than Dennys or Ihop. I staple to eat at if visiting Victoria. Restaurant also connected to the shopping complex conveniently. Not sure if those tables outside the dining area with the tvs are just for waiting, but looked relaxing.

I went to Frankie’s Modern Diner with my partner recently and I have to say, the food is always so good! The staff are always so friendly! I always like to come in once in a while and enjoy a meal, this last visit I went for the 3-course meal deal that is basically any entree from the Pizza or PastaMains section of the menu for 10 more (which the Main I chose was 26) and it was worth it! I started off with the Caesar Salad (adding bacon) then for my Main Course I had the Sesame Salmon Rice Bowl. I ended the meal with a Flourless Chocolate Cake! It was delicious over all and will definitely be going back again soon!

Frankie’s is my favorite spot whenever I visit Victoria! The food is always amazing, full of flavor, fresh, and satisfying. The service is consistently warm and welcoming, and the ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern and cozy. Highly recommended!
